Culture of bad behaviour?
In the Netherlands, it was not politically correct to complain about bad behaviour by ethnic minorities. Although these sentiments are still heard from time to time, we’ve gotten over it. However, as the second video in my Barack’s Youth Brigade post showed, this nonsense is still rampant in the USA. Indeed, Barack Obama’s campaign, with its continuing race-baiting has probably set things years back. Look at this video from 2006, the ‘it’s their culture’-crap didn’t fly THEN:
